REVIEW: Com•pli•cat•ed- The Series
So when The Cori Luv Show suggested a series called Complicated, I jumped right on it! Y’all, this series is soooooooooo GOODT and had me in a chokehold from beginning to end! What’s even better is that season 2 is coming soon 👀 The Good: Let's start from the very beginning of episode 1. We see Devon (Mo) and her husband having a heated debate. Clearly she has done something wrong and is begging for forgiveness. Her husband, is not even trying to hear it, as he still walks out! Right out the gate the writing on this series is strong, because they leave that tiny detail out until episodes later. The episode continues 6 months later where Devon is enjoying a meal with her two best friends Erica and Val. This series features a great deal of mess and drama in a soap opera setting, which is something I loved!
